Personal project
Exploring design balances opposing qualities—softness and strength, stillness and motion.

Rooted in the symbolism of Taegeuk,
this lighting design embodies the unity of opposites—light and shadow, space and emotion.

SUSTAINABILITY
SHELL WASTED | DISCARDED SHELLS
Shells, rich in calcium carbonate, can be used as an aggregate in concrete, as a liming agent for soil, and as a material for building and art projects. Repurposing shell waste reduces waste generation, conserves natural resources, and can improve soil and water quality.
RECYCLED GLASS
Recycled glass, also known as cullet, is waste glass that is processed and reused in the production of new glass products. This process helps reduce reliance on raw materials and energy consumption compared to making new glass from scratch.
